Let’s get fit!

Little things I’m doing to get myself fit and in shape this summer! Gym including lots of core, cardio and squats! Need to build that muscle.

Also drinking lots of water.  I’m adding fruits to mine to make it really tasty and refreshing.

And my current obsession- chickpea soup from IQ Food Co. It’s lest than 300 cals and sooo yummy.

I’ve been using the myfitnesspal app to log my food and exercise. It’s amazing. It has a bank of food nutritional info to track your calories and exercise. Helps a lot!
